Exchange Policy Overview
Exchange Overview: You will need to request a return ticket for the item(s) you have by emailing hello@myflohwear.com. For all exchanges a postage paid label with tracking will be provided to you via the email on your customer profile.
You will be notified within 3 business days via email once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. A second email will be sent to the email address on your customer profile to inform with an exchange code in which flat rate shipping will be charged.
Exchange Shipping: FLOH Wear™ will pay for return FLOH Wear™ does not offer free shipping to customers for exchanges.
- Shipping for exchanges will be paid by the customer. The shipping charge will be reflected at checkout.
- Once shipping fee has been remitted, the exchange item will ship per the FLOH Wear™ Shipping Policy.

What Happens to Returns?
All returned and unused products are donated to charity to support people in need and to reduce our carbon footprint.
