FLOH Wear is based on US-EU sizing. We recommend your usual size for bottoms when making your selection. It's also important to note, FLOH Wear™ will fit more snug than your traditional underwear.  This is by design, to ensure leaks don't migrate.

*If you fall between sizes OR prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up to the next appropriate size.
