Refund Policy Overview

Refund Overview: You will need to request a return ticket for the item(s) you would like a refund for by emailing hello@myflohwear.com. You will receive a refund of your item(s) at the price you paid, less an $8.95 processing and return label fee. 

You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. A second email will be sent to the email address on your customer profile to inform you the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the return label charge.

  • Refund Timing: We will process your return within 72 business hours from date of approval and send notification of the refund by FLOH Wear. However, it can take up to four (4) weeks for your credit card company to post your refund.

What Happens to Returns?

All returned and unused products are donated to charity to support people in need and to reduce our carbon footprint.
